Paneer bhurji sandwich :
- Bread slices
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder
- Turmeric powder
- Dry mango powder/ amchur
Step 1 :
Take a pan on medium flame and, add ½ teaspoon cumin and saute to half of a minute.
Step 2 :
Quickly take some mashed paneer and add into the pan
Also, add salt to taste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala and mix well.
Step 3 :
Switch off the gas.
Step 4 :
Take bread slices and garnish them with butter.
Step 5 :
Put onion slices and tomato slices on bread.Place paneer stuffing on the slices of bread, too.
Step 6 :
Put the loaves of bread on the grill or you can toast on tawa or in a toaster.
Serve your delicious paneer bhurji sandwich.
