Potato sandwich with fried stuffing
→Oil as needed
→Salt to taste
→Red chili powder
→Dry mango powder/ amchur
♦Step 1 :
Take a pan on medium flame and add oil as needed.
♦Step 2 :
Add cumin or jeera and let sizzle.
♦Step 3 :
Add finely chopped onions and green chilies (if needed) and let the onions cook until turns translucent.
♦Step 4 :
Add mashed potatoes and saute for 2-3 minutes.
♦Step 5 :
Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, amchur powder.
♦Step 6 :
And let the stuffing cook for sometime till the mixture binds properly.
♦Step 7 :
Take bread slices and garnish with butter or ghee.
♦Step 8 :
Spread the stuffing on the one side of bread slices, also with some coriander leaves and Cover both the slices together.
♦Step 9 :
Grill your sandwich until turns golden.
Or you can toast on tawa.
