Potato/aloo sandwich

Ingredients :

  • Bread slices
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Butter or Ghee
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Dry mango powder/amchur
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder
  • Green chilies


Step 1 :
Take a bowl and put boiled potatoes in it.Mash the boiled potatoes properly.

Step 2:
On the mashed potatoes add salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, amchur, 1 tablespoon ghee, garam masala, and green chilies (only if you want ).

Step 3 :
Mix well

Step 4:
Take bread slices and garnish with butter or ghee.

Step 5 :
Spread the potato stuffing on the bread slices. Cover both the slices together.

Step 6 :
Grill your sandwich until turns golden.
Or you can toast on tawa.

Serve your delicious and healthy potato sandwich with tomato ketchup or with green chutney.
