Chinese Maggi recipe
• 1 packet Maggi
• Salt to taste
• 1 Tablespoon oil
• Tomato ketchup
• Soy sauce
Take a pan and add Maggi and some water.
Let the Maggi boil properly without adding Maggi masala or tastemaker.
Take another pan and add 1 tablespoon oil and heat on medium flame.
Add 1 cup water and finely chopped onions, capsicum, carrot.
Keep stir until getting cooked.
After that add some tomato ketchup and soy sauce and salt to taste.
Add boiled Maggi to the pan and toss well.
Cook for some minutes and switch off the flame.
