Cheesy corn sandwich recipe | Cheese with corn sandwich
→ Bread slices
→ Sweet corns
→ Oil or butter as needed
→ Salt to taste
→ Red chili powder
→ Garam masala
→ Dry mango powder/ amchur
→ Herbs – mint, parsley, oregano
♦ Take a bowl and add boiled corns, garam masala, herbs, red chili powder, amchur powder, and some grated cheese.
♦ Take bread slices and garnish with butter and with tomato ketchup or green chutney .
♦ Place some onion slices and place the corn stuffing on the bread.
♦ Put some cheese slices or grated cheese on the stuffing and cover the bread slice with another bread slice.
♦ Grill your sandwich on a tawa or on a grill pan, until turns golden.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or with chutney and enjoy your delicious sandwich.
