- Bread slices
- Salt to taste
- Chili flakes
- Black pepper
- Dry herbs; oregano, parsley
- Cheese Slices
- Grated cheese
1: Take 2 bread slices and put them on a tawa or on a grilled pan on a medium flame.
2: Let the slices of bread grill until golden.
3: Place cheese slices on both the slices of bread.
4: Sprinkle salt to taste, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano.
5: When cheese starts getting melt. Put both the bread slices together and grill.
Garnish with some grated cheese and dry herbs.
