→ Whole wheat flour
→ All-purpose flour
→ Salt to taste
→ Red chili powder
→ Garam masala
→ Turmeric powder
→ Green chilies
→ Carom seeds / Ajwain
→ Oil and Ghee
♦ Step 1 :
Take a broccoli crown and cut into pieces and wash.
Boil broccoli by adding a pinch of salt.
♦ Step 2 :
When broccoli gets boiled properly,
Take a grinder and add broccoli, turmeric powder, garlic (skip if you do not want ) and garam masala.
Grind all these ingredients and broccoli into a fine paste.
♦ Step 3 :
Make a dough by adding whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, carom seeds/ajwain, and salt to taste and the broccoli paste that you have grind in the previous step.
When the dough is ready, let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
♦ Step 4:
Take small balls from to dough to make paratha.
Roll the small balls like a chapatti.
And cook your paratha generally.
Serve immediately and Give your children a healthy recipe.
