Breakfast Recipe – Cheese Paneer Toast


Cheese paneer toast



  • Paneer
  • Bread
  • Grated Cheese
  • Red chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Garam Masala

Method –

STEP 1 :

Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon oil and warm for 1 minute and after that add 2 teaspoon cumin warm again for 2 minutes.


STEP 2 :

Add finely chopped onions, saute the onion till it changes its color and turns translucent.


STEP 3 :

Add finely chopped tomatoes, and cook along with that add salt to taste (because salt will help tomatoes to cook faster and properly), and also add turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and let them cook properly.


STEP 4 :

Take paneer and mash it, after mashing the paneer properly add to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.


STEP 5 :

Take bread slices and Greece with butter.

On the other side take another pan to toast your bread slice.

Put that bread slice to the pan and put the paneer batter to the bread and garnish with grated cheese and with some chili flakes and toast your bread.

Eat as it is and enjoy your food.
