Ingredients –

  • Macaroni
  • Tomatoes
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Dry herbs – parsley, oregano, basil
  • Butter
  • Black pepper
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Vegetable carrots, green beans, baby corn, sweet corns (only if you want )
  • Coriander leaves and cheese for garnishing

Method :

1 : Heat a pan with 3 cups of water and add 1 teaspoon salt and boil the water on a medium flame for 1 minute.

2 : Add macaroni to that boiling water, cook until the macaroni gets soft and easy to bite

3 : On the other side heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan on low flame. Add ginger garlic paste or you can also add 3-4 garlic cloves.

4: Saute till the garlic turns to light brown

5: Add finely chopped onions to it and saute till the onion changes its color and become translucent.

6: Add finely chopped tomatoes and Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook till the tomatoes become pulpy.

7: After that add spices, salt, red chili powder – according to your taste, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder and let the spices cook for 5 mins.

8: Then add all the vegetables and a  cup of water

9: Let the vegetables cook until they get soft.

10: Once the vegetables get cooked properly, add the boiled macaroni to it.

11: And cook further for some time, when it gets cooked properly.

12: Pour it in a plate and garnish with some coriander leaves and Cheese
